Buy industrial Nexa3D printers

Discover the ultra-fast, industrial resin Nexa3D printer for unrivaled productivity in your production.

Industrial quality and speed at an affordable price. The Nexa3D 3D printers combine a compact footprint with a large build volume and high printing speed to produce high-quality components. In addition to an open material platform, Nexa3D printers have a wide range of validated rigid and elastomeric materials for all your requirements.

With Nexa3D’s innovative LSPc 3D printing technology, you can produce parts on-demand and in the exact quantities you need, when you need them. With print speeds that are exponentially faster than those of conventional SLA and DLP-based technologies.

What is the LSPc process?

The term SLA (stereolithography) refers to 3D printing technology in which liquid resin is hardened layer by layer to create precise three-dimensional objects. The DLP process is the 2nd generation of SLA 3D printing. In both technologies, liquid acrylic resins are applied to a movable printing plate and cured using UV light. Lasers are used for SLA printing and projectors for DLP printing.

However, both have a decisive disadvantage: the limitation to one light source!
This means that the distance to the light source is different during printing, which leads to distortion of the printed image.

LSPc technology (or mSLA) improves on the traditional SLA process by using masked exposure to precisely control the exposure areas. This enables even more precise and efficient curing of the liquid resin. Nexa3D has further developed the mSLA technology and now calls it the LSPc process.

Nexa3D XIP Pro

Freeform Injection Molding (FIM)

Print&Inject: Freeform Injection Molding (FIM) combines the best of additive manufacturing and injection molding. Instead of waiting weeks or months for your injection mold, you can now print it in just a few hours and test it immediately. The mold inserts are compatible with thousands of commercially available injection molding materials, including those that you will ultimately need for the series. This drastically reduces development times and iteration cycles.
